Winter Woodwork

The ability to create things with your own hands is the backbone of bushcraft and an incredibly satisfying activty to take part in.

Follwing this ethos here we will spend our last afternoon of 2021 at Fox Covert to create our own wooden reindeer.  This simple woodcraft actvity has become somewhat of a tradition at Fara Kanna, it's something we have done each Winter for the past five years & now we're sharing it with you all.

Either for yourself to decorate the home or garden, to give as a gift or just to practice your skills come spend a relaxed afternoon with us where you will hone your cutting skills, become familiar with the assembly of handcrafted wooden items and soak in the beautiful Winter woodland setting.

At this event you will create your own wooden reindeer safely using a variety of cutting tools under the direction of an experienced, qualified instructor.

As always, feel free to bring your own kit & equipment saw, auger etc. if not don't worry, all equipment needed will be provided by Fara Kanna Bushcraft.

Due to the nature of this event participants must be aged 18 years and over.
