Build Your own Bucksaw

Why buy your own kit when you can build it? Join us for the afternoon where we will make our very own bucksaw, yours to keep. It will fit in your daysack unlike a bowsaw & tackle jobs the folding saw isn't up to. 

At this event we will:

-Learn to identify the appropriate materials needed

-Develop our knowledge of the natural world

-Expand our skill set & tool box

-Construct our own functional, traditional bucksaw

If you have your own kit (fixed blade knife etc.) and want to use it feel free to bring it along with you.  If not don't worry we've got you covered, all the tools and equiptment will be provided.

After all "the great thing about bushcraft is the skills go with you" (Ray Mears) & now will your new saw.

Due to the nature of this event particpants must be aged 18 years or over.
